INGREDIENTS
1 pound thick sliced Bacon
4 cloves minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon Celery seed
3 eggs
1/2 cup Grated Parmesano Reggiano cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 package Fettuccini
1/2 cup Heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
Cook the bacon until almost done. Add parsley until all is cooked. Reserve the oil from the bacon and keep warm.
Reheat the pasta until hot.
Mix the oil from the meat, eggs, cheese and pepper in a bowl.
To the hot pasta add, the egg mixture, bacon and parsley mixture. Stir the ingredients until creamy.
Finish with the heavy cream.
Serve immediately.
